Tots can attend these session between the ages of 4 – 7 years old, with a mainly games-led approach.
The boxing for tots solely includes non-contact or semi contact boxing learning.
Juniors and youths can attend classes between the ages of 8-15 years old, starting with a more fitness based and technique-learning approach.
The basis evolves towards semi-contact boxing, contact boxing and fitness.
Many choose to attend longterm as a hobby, although a more competitive path can also be followed in this age bracket.
New members welcome.
The senior class is for ages 16 and above.
These classes include semi-contact boxing, contact boxing and fitness.
A competitive route can be followed in this age bracket, whilst attending for fitness reasons is also an option.
